Lotion Pumps provide a metal-free channel for the lotion to pump out of the bottle and into the hand, ensuring there are no compatibility issues between lotion and packaging, so even difficult formulations won't be a problem. In addition, the press pump system provides smooth, clean dispensing that is consistent from the first use all the way to the last.
Both bottles are 42mm in diameter, reaching 160mm for the CP120 and 187mm for the CP150. To accommodate brands and ensure they stand out on the shelf, Spill offers a variety of trim options including: anodized, painted, screen-printed, color-printed, hot-stamped, embossed, de-debossed, coated, and more.
Step 1: To get the last bit of lotion out of the bottle, heat a cup of water in a two-cup measuring cup and microwave for a minute or two.
Step 2: Then place the almost empty bottle in hot water and let it sit for a few minutes.
Step 3: Shake it back and forth every once in a while, and soon the lotion will be nice, liquid and easy to pour.
To pour, you can use the dropper of the travel container to pull out and store the product, or use the same syringe method as toner.
When you're done, just throw away the siphon, screw on the container, and you're done.
