1. Tensile strength and elongation, peel strength, heat seal strength, tear performance
Tensile strength refers to the maximum stress value of the material before it is broken. The detection can effectively solve the damage and breakage of the package caused by the external force due to insufficient mechanical strength of the selected packaging material. Peel strength, also referred to as composite strength or composite fastness, is the adhesion between the layers in the composite film. If the adhesive strength is too low, it is extremely easy to cause problems such as leakage due to separation between layers during use of the package. Heat seal strength, also known as heat seal strength, is the strength of the seal. During the storage and transportation of the product, once the heat seal strength is too low, it may cause problems such as cracking of the heat seal and leakage of contents.
2.Cosmetic packaging impact resistance testing
The control of the impact resistance of the cosmetic packaging material can prevent the occurrence of damage to the surface of the packaging due to insufficient toughness of the material, and effectively prevent the product from being damaged due to the impact resistance or poor drop performance of the packaging material in the circulation. 3.Cosmetic packaging salt spray corrosion test
When the product is used by sea or in coastal areas, it will be corroded by sea air or mist.
